How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery only. Place your order online without a card, then pay the courier in cash when your kitchen arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. There are no extra cash-on-delivery fees. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I pay by card?
Not at the moment. We only accept cash on delivery, so you never have to share card details online.
How fast is shipping?
Fast and free! Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day and arrive in 1β3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States (the 48 contiguous states).
What age is the Little Chef Kitchen for?
It's recommended for ages 3 and up. Adult assembly and supervision are required.
Does it come assembled?
No. It ships flat in one box (about 94 Γ 38 Γ 17.5 cm, 15.5 kg) and needs adult assembly. Instructions are included. Grab a coffee and a helper!
Is food or decoration included?
The kitchen comes with its built-in features plus a pot, pan and hanging utensils. Play food, books, baskets and decorations in our photos are just for styling.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Returns are free: a prepaid return label is included in your package. There is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive your return. Since you paid in cash, we send refunds by bank transfer, check or another method we agree on. Can I exchange it?
Yes, we accept exchanges at no extra cost. Contact us, send the item back with the free prepaid label from your package, and we'll ship your replacement for free.
