Where we ship
We ship only within the United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or P.O. boxes, because our play kitchens come in large boxes and payment is collected in person.
Fast, free shipping
- Shipping cost: free on all orders.
- Order processing: orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days after your order ships.
Before shipping, we may call or email you to confirm your order and address. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Payment at delivery
All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the order total in cash to the courier when your package arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. See our Terms of Service for details.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you know when to expect the courier.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged, you can refuse it at the door and pay nothing, or accept it and contact us within 7 days with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
